Bank of Lithuania and Vilnius University welcome you to the 25th International Panel Data Conference in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The aim of the conference is to bring together economists, econometricians, statisticians and social scientists using panel data for their applied and/or theoretical research. We will welcome submissions related to all aspects of panel data, including factor models, dynamic models, non-linear models, models of network formation, spatial models, and applications to forecasting, finance, productivity, health, labor, income inequality, and others. The conference provides an active forum for researchers to discuss their findings from theoretical or empirical viewpoints, seek feedback, exchange ideas for future research and promote active collaboration in all areas of panel data analysis.
Keynote speakers: Manuel Arellano (CEMFI), Peter Egger (ETH Zurich), Ivan Fernandez-Val (Boston University) and Bo Honore (Princeton University).
The conference will commemorate the late Zvi Griliches (1930-1999) and his contributions to econometrics. Manuel Arellano will deliver his keynote talk during the Griliches Memorial Lecture.
Thanks to our sponsors, reduced registration fees and a limited amount of scholarships is available for a selected number of graduate students presenting at the conference. This year Louise Laage (PhD Yale) has received the Best PhD Paper Award for her paper “A Correlated Random Coefficient Panel Model with Time-Varying Endogeneity“.
