Artūras Juodis (University of Groningen). Program Chair
Artūras is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. His research interests include theoretical and applied panel data econometrics. He was a visiting researcher at Monash University, Lund University and the University of Southern California. He got his PhD in economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Povilas is the Director of the Center for Excellence in Finance and Economic Research (CEFER). Previously he was Lecturer, Fellow, and Director of Studies in Economics, Wolfson College, University of Cambridge. His research interests include international economics, global economy and spillovers, and panel data econometrics. He got his PhD in economics from the University of Cambridge.

Linas is the Vice Dean at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Vilnius University, and a principal economists at the TMTS unit of the Bank of Lithuania. His research interests include labor economics, applied microeconomics, and economics of discrimination. He got his PhD in economics from the Paris School of Economics.
